Overground is Peterborough's free live arts jam.

We're getting ready for this year's Jam at the Green Backyard and also for a few other events in the Summer calendar. We have lots of space to play with so if you want a space to paint at this summer, send us a message! We'll also have a stage or two, so anyone interested in performing, DJ'ing or anything else, let us know and we'll do our best to get you a spot!

Overground artists will also been at The willow Festival and Peterborough Festival this year, bringing colour and spray painterly goodness to these events. About Overground;

The not-for-profit, annual live art event sees a wide variety of new work by talented artists, being created and performed live in a festival atmosphere. You can expect to see graffiti and street art as well as performance art, illustration, poetry, craft like you've never seen it before, sculpture, music and whatever else people come up with inbetween.

So anyone can register to take part and we encourage a collaborative approach to the work.

Our ultimate goals are to get artwork out to audiences, encourage artists and performers to push creative boundaries and learn about new styles and disciplines and to encourage new talent to develop in the city. We also aim to help artists promote and sell their work... oh yeah, and have lots of fun doing it!
